Ash and Rob brought all their friends and family from all over (Canada, Italy, California...literally all over!) to a place special to them for their wedding: Detroit. The Eastern was a perfect place for their wedding showing so much of Detroit in one spot in the Eastern Market. Every detail from their tablescape with 100 taper candles, rad california modern meets elegant romance florals, and travel tags as favors, their wedding was beautiful.

After walking around The Eastern Market for portraits and hanging out with their wedding party, they had an epic grand entrance to the song “Put Your Hands Up For Detroit” and confetti poppers!! There was so much energy in the room! They went straight into their first dance with everyone standing around them. That moment showed the literal support Ashley and Rob have.

Ash’s sister hosted the night with clever antics, stories, and funny relatable marriage tweets.With every story she had a new pair of glasses to fit the story - it was amazing! Then, both sets of parents shared heartwarming speeches and it was so special to see how Ash and Rob have impacted those around them and how well loved Ashley and Rob are.

On the side of the reception space was a huge green wall with one of Rob’s neon signs (did I mention that Rob likes to start new companies? Yeah - he decided he was going to have a neon sign company and it’s pretty epic.) They had a photobooth area for everyone to enjoy. With their badass neon sign saying “let’s get lost tonight”, a comfy couch, and The Fiesta Cabina - Detroit Photobooth, it was a party all over the reception. They danced late into the night and ended their evening with Ash and all her girls table dancing to Celine Dion at the end of the night!
