Ann Arbor Intimate Wedding | Eric and Kelsey
Kelsey and Eric got married at the Stone Chalet in downtown Ann Arbor. Their wedding with their friends and family was downsized due to Covid. The changed the location and changed the guest list to be just immediate family. Their wedding day turned into an intimate wedding celebration weekend. They played games, cooked food from scratch at their rehearsal dinner, had an intimate wedding with dinner by candle light and a live piano player, and a family brunch the next day. This bed and breakfast was the perfect space to safely celebrate and join the families together.
Their wedding day was full of laughter, good food, and incredible floral designs.

Kelsey got ready with all the girls and had such special details for her wedding day. She had part of her moms wedding veil be part of her bouquet.
After Erics mom left the room to help Eric with his final touches, Kelsey had some time alone with her mom. They embraced before Kelsey went outside to have her first look with Eric.
Eric was so sweet and truly admired Kelsey and her beauty when he turned around and saw her.
After taking some portraits together and with their families, it was time for their wedding ceremony. Chelsea and Robin of Graham Stanton transformed this room at the Stone Chalet. With these beautiful bentwood chairs from Modernly Events, and the floral towers and arrangement, it was a romantic space.
Both of Kelsey’s parents walked her down the aisle and it was so special to have her parents involved in their marriage ceremony.
After signing their marriage license and cutting their cake, the ceremony space was transformed into the reception space. They had one long table so everyone could sit together. Kelsey did all of the hand lettering for their wedding and wrote out the table board. The florals, chairs, and decor from the ceremony was transformed into an intimate dinner experience. The candle light created a warm welcoming atmosphere bringing the family together.
Toward the end of the night, the family all sat together and had dessert and coffee. Ending the night with reminiscing, framed pictures of the bride and groom, and watching a slideshow of Kelsey and Eric grow up and then showing their relationship. Shortly after watching the slide show, the family went outside to send Kelsey and Eric off with sparklers. They cheered for them as they ran through and ended the magical evening.
