Detroit Studio Wedding | The Syfaxs
Mike and Michaela met at Hillsong Australia. They dated long distance and knew they were life partners. They got married with friends and family when Michaela moved to the US in a friends living room. And then they have a major party for a full blown wedding.
Mike and Michaela are very creative people, they have a vision for their party and it was so unique and beautiful. They had their wedding at Eightfold Collective - a studio in Detroit.
Their wedding party was from all around the world. Their time at Hillsong allowed them to meet so many creative people that lived everywhere, but they all came together in Detroit for this wedding. After getting ready, Mike and Michaela had a first look at The Eastern Market. Michaela found this mosaic mirror mural that she loved, and it was the perfect vibe for their wedding aesthetic.
At their wedding ceremony, They had a projector casting lights and sang worship songs with everyone there. Their reception was non traditional with roaming dinner and a taco truck. After they gave some speeches and had their first dance, they had a PARTY. When the dance floor opened, they surprised everyone with a saxophone player! He brought confetti canons and light strips creating a party vibe for everyone to enjoy.
