Kaitlyn and German Belle Isle Detroit Wedding

Kaitlyn and German’s Belle Isle Detroit Wedding was elegant and so much fun! The morning began at the Renaissance Hotel by the Detroit River for the wedding party. There they popped champagne while getting ready and enjoyed their morning together.

Kaitlyn and German had their first date at the Detroit Institute of Arts, so there they had their first look before the wedding ceremony and the rest of their lives together! German was already waiting for Kaitlyn when she walked up and tapped him on the shoulder. He turned around to see her for the first time in her dress and he grinned from ear to ear! It was so sweet! After taking a moment to breathe and soak it all in, they shared personal vows and letters to one another. Their wedding party joined them at the DIA to celebrate and take pictures before the ceremony. The party bus took the wedding party to Belle Isle for the ceremony, which took place on the patio of the Belle Isle Casino. The open space was perfect for their minimalist elegant look. The center focus was a golden arch decorated with greenery as their backdrop. Kaitlyn and German exchanged vows and rings - officially having tied the knot. After the ceremony, they walked around the Casino to be together as a married couple.

Their reception started with their wedding party entering on either side of the staircase and greeting Kaitlyn and German. Their friends and family poured out love onto Kaitlyn and German with cake and toasts. After dinner served by Slows (AMAZING), they danced the night away!
